Private House in Yogyakarta for Families and Small Groups

Omah Ralin is rented as a whole house, so families and small groups do not share it with other guests. It is in Sewon, Bantul, around 20 minutes by car from Malioboro when traffic is light. The house works well for four to five people who want to stay together in one place.

A private house with room to settle in

There are two air-conditioned bedrooms, one bathroom with hot water, a living room, Wi-Fi, and an OLED television. Two extra mattresses are available at no additional charge. Photos and room details are on the Main House page.

Guests may cook in the kitchen. It has a gas stove, cookware, tableware, a refrigerator, and a water dispenser. Coffee, tea, and sugar are provided, along with towels, soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, a prayer mat, and mukena.

  • Check-in is from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Check-out is by noon
  • Parking for two cars is free in the yard
  • The house is rented as a whole, not by the room

Waste is sorted during each stay. The property has baskets for recyclable waste and biopore holes for organic waste. The Facilities page lists the other items available at the house.

The joglo comes with the house

An open-sided joglo pavilion stands in the yard and can hold around 100 people. It is included with the house and is not rented separately. Previous guests have used it for wedding ceremonies and large family gatherings. Outside catering is allowed, while tables and chairs are limited to those already on the property.

Events with many vehicles need additional parking arranged with nearby residents. This usually costs IDR 5,000 to IDR 10,000 per vehicle. Before booking, send the event details by WhatsApp so the number of guests, vehicles, and required equipment can be checked.
