The Joglo Pavilion
A joglo is the traditional Javanese pavilion, built around four central pillars called soko guru that carry a high tiered roof. Ours is open on all sides, with carved timber posts, exposed roof beams and patterned tilework underfoot. It looks straight onto the garden and the brick wall beyond, and it stays cool through the afternoon.
This is where guests tend to gather. It seats around 100 people, and it can be booked for engagement ceremonies, small weddings and other gatherings.
